Our team, led by managing director Mike Osborne, is a combination of specialists in construction and design, property investment and development, project management, property law and finance. With more than 20 years experience in the industry we have been at the forefront of the property evolution.
In the beginning we worked with existing buildings that were "architecturally exiting" and in unparalleled locations and quickly moved into bespoke, high-end new builds. We continued to invest and develop in offices as our main focus but recognising opportunities in other sectors decided to broaden our expertise. We branched into residential schemes, healthcare schemes, retail units and industrial units to capitalise on the Industrial Building Allowance.
To this day we remain focussed on all of these areas with a particular focus on commercial, residential and healthcare schemes.
Our focus is to deliver exceptional quality in all of our schemes, but most important is to ensure that the product we deliver is perfectly created for whoever is going to occupy the space. Our understanding of the modern office environment is unparalleled. We invest heavily in research into how to make our buildings sustainable and the workspace stimulating and efficient for the modern day workforce. We constantly evaluate where office space will be in the next 5-10 years which generally requires a worldwide analysis as opposed to immediate domestic markets.
Our work in the healthcare sector is an area that we have identified as a particular growth opportunity. We have extensive knowledge in delivering projects that perfectly suit this sector, this involves a unique balance of (i) well identified and strategic locations, (ii) carefully considered, high quality schemes with a future proof design and (iii) delivering the project on time. We have worked extensively with private healthcare operators as well as the NHS.
We recognise that certain sectors are poised for exponential growth over the medium to long term and as a company we are always looking at investment opportunities where we offer our expertise and support in the background. We invest in a small number of early stage and more mature businesses in a variety of high growth areas.
We currently have investments in businesses in the TMT sector, the healthcare industry and financial services.
